Add your music
On first run, Paperweight creates a vault/ folder next to the executable. Drop your audio files in and they're indexed instantly — no upload, no waiting.

Open Studio and go live
Visit localhost:3000/#dashboard, unlock with your dashboard token (printed in the terminal on first run), and hit Go Live. Your station is on air within seconds.

Share your station
Enable the Cloudflare Tunnel from Studio — your station gets a public URL instantly. Issue access tokens to hand-pick who gets in.
