No Warranty Of Any Kind

Paperweight Systems LLC disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

No Guarantee Of Uptime, Accuracy, Or Fitness

We do not warrant that:

The software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Any station you run will remain reachable, performant, or free of data loss.
Analytics, revenue figures, or listener counts are exact rather than approximate.
Optional hosted services (directory, tunnel, telemetry) will remain available or unchanged.
Defects will be corrected, or that the software is compatible with any specific hardware or environment.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up your own data (.env, vault/, and data/paperweight.db — see SECURITY.md and the built-in backup tooling), for securing the machine Paperweight runs on, and for complying with applicable law in how you operate your station.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperweight Systems LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the software or any hosted service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Relationship To Other Policies

This disclaimer supplements, and does not replace, the liability and indemnification terms in the License Agreement and Content Responsibility Policy.
