These Terms cover the Paperweight website, download page, and optional hosted services (public directory, hosted tunnel, telemetry). Your use of the Paperweight software itself is governed by the separate License Agreement and Content Responsibility Policy — this page doesn't repeat those, it complements them.
You may browse, download, and share links to this website. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.
The public station directory, the paperweighthq.com hosted tunnel, and telemetry reporting are optional services layered on top of the free self-hosted software. They are provided as-is, may change or be discontinued, and are not required to run Paperweight — the self-hosted core keeps working without them.
You are responsible for the content of any station you register with these services, same as under the Content Responsibility Policy for the software itself.
If you subscribe to the optional Station Ops service (managed public URL, monitoring, automated updates, encrypted backup, priority support), those terms — including billing and cancellation — are covered by the checkout flow and the Refund Policy. Station Ops never changes the terms of the free self-hosted core.
The website and hosted services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. See the Warranty Disclaimer for the software itself.
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
